Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
What about the lead time?
Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than usual requirements.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT for small orders. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional.
Is it OK to print my logo on the light product?
Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Do you offer guarantee for the products?
Yes, we offer 1-2 years warranty to our products.
How to deal with the faulty?
Our products are produced in strict quality control systems with a defective rate less than 0.5%. During the guarantee period, we will send new parts or lights according to the real situation.
