2. What certifications do your products have?
Our products have successfully passed EMC, SGS, ROHS, and CE certifications.
3. Can you print our logo or company name on the products?
Yes, we support both OEM & ODM. Your logo can be printed on the products or packaging based on your needs.
4. What are the available shipping methods and times?
We offer three ways: By Sea (approx. 30 days for bulk), By Air (5-7 days for bulk), and By Express (3-5 days for small or urgent orders).
5. What is the process for ordering?
You can send your purchase list via electronic communication. We will provide a Proforma Invoice (PI) for your approval before processing the order.
6. What happens if a product breaks during the warranty period?
Please provide a description along with pictures or video. We will analyze the issue, guide you through the fix, and provide free spare parts if necessary.
