What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Normally the MOQ is 300pcs, but we can accommodate customized items in smaller quantities.
What is the production lead time?
The lead time is 3-7 working days for samples and 10-15 working days for bulk orders, depending on the styles and designs chosen.
What is the warranty for your products?
We provide a 3-year warranty for most of our products. During the warranty period, we will arrange free replacements for any broken items.
Can you provide OEM/ODM customized services?
Yes, we provide OEM and ODM services. We can design and produce according to customer requirements, including different lengths, diameters, voltages, and IP classes.
What kind of payment and shipping methods do you accept?
We accept T/T, Western Union, and PayPal. For shipping, we use Sea/Air freight and International Express (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, EMS, TNT) with 3-7 days delivery.
